Order & Image Submission Policy
Your order will begin preparation once previous orders in the queue have been completed.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 months, depending on current demand.
If your image fails to upload correctly, I will contact you so you can resend it.
If any adjustments, changes, or additional elements are requested, the process will begin only after the final image or design has been reviewed and approved.
For resending your image or requesting adjustments after purchase, you will have up to 1 month to provide the updated image or confirm your changes. If no response is received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled.
In the case of a gift certificate, the image must be submitted within 4 months of purchase. After this period, the gift certificate will expire and the order will be automatically canceled, as all gift certificates must be redeemed within this timeframe.
If you anticipate needing more time to submit your image, please contact me in advance so I can confirm whether an extension can be accommodated.
Once your image is submitted and approved, your order moves into production and cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and include clear photos of the damage.
We will review your case and make sure you receive a replacement or appropriate solution.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the client will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
