Do I have to send the pictures adjusted to the size and converted from color image to black and white?
No, you don’t have to do this. All you need to do is send your image in the best possible quality, making sure it reaches a high resolution in megabytes (MB) rather than kilobytes (KB). Please send the image in either JPG format or TIFF to ensure the highest quality for the embroidery process.
For the digital courses, where do I access the videos?
Once you purchase the course, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. (don’t forget to check your spam folder).

Can I have a refund on digital downloads?
I’m sorry, but refunds are not available for digital downloads. Once the download is made, it cannot be returned or refunded. What sizes are the digital print downloads available in?
The digital print downloads are available in various sizes. You will receive: 5×7 inch, 8×10 inch, 8.5×11 inch, and 11×14 inch for rectangular images. Additionally, for square images, we offer sizes of 5×5 inch and 8×8 inch. Please note that in some prints, the 11×14 inch size may not be available for the quality is not sufficient for printing in that size.
