Estimated finishing time is approximately 1 to 3 months, depending on current demand and the handmade nature of each piece.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the responsibility of the client.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary:
USA: approximately 5–7 business days
Europe: 5 and up to 20 days, depending on postal services and customs processing
Due to platform constraints, only one shipping price is registered per order. Each envelope can accommodate up to 2 photos. Therefore, if you order more than 2 commissions, additional shipping charges will apply. This means you will be charged additionally extra shipping for each order, depending on the number of commissions you place. ( We will contact you later on via email).
International Shipping & Customs
Some countries require a Tax ID for international shipments. This information is used only for customs clearance and helps prevent delays, customs holds, or returned packages.
If you choose not to provide your Tax ID, your order will still be shipped, but you accept the risk that the package may be delayed, held, lost, or returned by customs due to missing required information.
If the package is returned because a Tax ID was not provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Please note that all BORDÉ pieces are handmade and one of a kind. If a package is lost, held indefinitely, or otherwise cannot be delivered due to missing customs information, BORDÉ by Katia cannot provide a free replacement or remake of the artwork. A new order would be required.
